There is a story circulating that the singer could open the new account with over one billion naira, but this is yet to be verified. We also gather that WEMA bank could possibly change it’s name to REMA bank if the deal is concluded. This is very impressive, as many banks have been fighting each other in recent weeks to secure the singer’s business.
