Millions of US viewers can finally breathe a sigh of relief after it was announced recently that NBC and VIACOM are not making any changes to programming formats for their popular shows. This comes after months of negotiations with viewers on show time slots and it seems the networks caved and will listen to their viewers. Many have feared that the Daily Show with Trevor Noah would be airing every other day, while Saturday Night live would have been shifted to Saturday afternoons. College football and basketball has programming slots on saturday afternoons, and this would have caused millions of viewers to make a heart wrenching decision between sports and night live. Trevor Noah, who hosts the daily show was the chief negotiator for viewers, and all indications is that he did a great job.
